I'm looking for similar specs to their IO3G plan (3 vCores, 3 gb ram, 50 gb storage), and similarly priced (around 5€), but the location MUST be Germany.
If anyone knows a good provider please post. Thank you.

Take a look at Rootnerds. They offer 3GB ram and 200GB HDD for 3€/month.
Did you read the feedback about Rootnerds in the lastest offer? i would not go with them.
I don't think the OP has much choice tbh, 3GB RAM in Germany for 5EUR won't be easy to find.
