cPanel license alone is almost that price.
Hi,
We can offer same specs (KVM), but US location w/o Cpanel for $44/year.
Possible but not with cPanel.
You could get the server way under that budget but you would need to use vestacp or something similar instead of cPanel.
Assuming you are going to sell packages you could get a cheap yearly deal and pay for the cPanel license monthly while you build up some profit.
It might just be doable on a 6 month basis for that price with cPanel.
I currently pay $13.00/month for the license - it's cheap hardware I'm after.
That should be easy enough then if you already have a cPanel license, your OP looks like you want that included
@AnthonySmith - I would pay for the license if I had a decent yearly server. I currently pay £129.99/year for a Reseller and I thought it would work out cheaper if I hosted myself.. (I make a loss on this - and at £100/year I would still make a loss)
Thanks for the heads up
I couldn't use VestaCP etc due to the fact it took me a while to teach my clients how to use cPanel and I'm not in a willing mood to change this.
Totally get that!
As an example as I assume you were looking for some sort of offers:
Price: €5 p/month (EURO)
Order Link: https://clients.inceptionhosting.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=59
Code: C295WVFJUE
That was from the last offer I posted on LET, that works out at £48 over the year, obviously you could expect a price reduction for yearly payment to around £40.
Might spur some other EU hosts to make you some offers.
If you only want a reseller account we can work it out.
I still have 1 or 2 $35/year coupons.
But that would be Miami.
EU is a must, most of my clients live in Remote Areas and if it isn't West or North Europe it'll be too slow.
Thanks anyway - ;-)
How much bandwidth do you need?
We can probably do this around $170 in NL being a cPanel NOC partner our license costs are less.

That should do you good?
Not alot - maybe 500GB
I don't have alot of clients
I'm looking for it in the EU.
Hello I can match your offer, I can get the license for 1 year for around 120$ and i can do a 1 gb ram with the specs above for $50 for 1 year.
Are you planning to use the VPS for production use or is it just a personal VPS?
I would think production...
We can do them specs in Netherlands with cPanel for $120/yr.
Does it has to be with cPanel? There are some other open source control panel options you know? Hehe
Learn to read...
Yeah I missed that to read. Sorry
Edit : to think about it again open source control panel not only VestaCP right?
OP's point is that he don't want to teach his clients how to use another control panel
If there's really nothing in your range for cPanel, try DirectAdmin. It's extremely similar to cPanel, but cheaper.
Dediserv have planes that include it for free if you pay yearly, way within your budget.

or OP .. DO try vestacp ..even if for testing .. i am using it more and more and soo good
only thing missing is auto install software scripts which i have written a few myself for wp , joomla, magento , etc
but really look into it
It wouldn't be a problem if the European hosting provider got their servers from PhoenixNap (Internal license = $10/m) or SingleHop (Internal license = $7/m).
