    well. can web run like a windows server? i mean not about the specific details of of its functions but can in run like a normal windows server? running apss

    Yes. It just has less features. Such as Out of the box PPTP support. WIndows media services etc, On most of my plesk servers i use Windows 2008 R2 WEB.
