Searching for dedicated server:
16+ CPU cores (=threads) Something like 2xIntel Xeon E5630 is fine, but 24 or more cores will be better
16 GB+ ECC RAM
2x240 GB SSD or 2x240 GB+ Enterprise SAS drives
1 IPv4
100 mbps (preferably dedicated and unmetered) or 15 TB traffic on 1 Gbit/s
Any location, but Europe is preferred.
For big website. Legal.

I guess this one suit your needs, though it comes with less cores.
There are plenty of offers with 4 cores (8 threads). I need 16+ CPU cores (threads).
any particular reasons? as the 1240 v3 is faster than dual e5630 though, so the per core performance of 1240 should be better
