My server has been down since July 12. They take forever to respond to support tickets and my server is still not functioning properly. I've attached support ticket correspondence. Ideastack, get your act together

Go ask them for a refund and cancel the server and get a new server from a mature hosting provider.
@wellgrounded you should setup a website with new host reviews. Maybe update them every three months or so.
