VPS is down for 2 month!! 123systems.net
I submit several tickets, but their support only give reply like this:
We are sorry for the inconvenience cause to you. We are still working on the server. We understand that uptime is very important for you but due to some unexpected issue we are facing this problem. This issue is on high priority for us and we will get this resolved in next few hours
or like:
Yes, we aware of the issue and we are working on it.
and almost two months: THE VPS IS STILL DOWN!!!
That's a two year payment vps plan!

I also saw your thread at WHT: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1397286
I'd recommend you take a backup and move elsewhere.
Been down for 1 month, 2 month, will you wait for 3 months before moving on?
Hmm, this is why a host with good reputation is better to go with.
Wow crazy
@O8ama out of interest what happens when you click re-install?
It's paid 2 years in advance.!! guys!
panel shows unavailble.
and panel is also down now!
Yeh 123systems is wrost provider..... :-/
One of two situations has happened here:
1.) OP did search for reviews before placing an order and paying upfront for 2 years of service at 123Systems, found a shit ton of bad reviews but stupidly placed the order anyway.
2.) OP stupidly didn't look for reviews.
Either way, OP has a valuable lesson to learn here.
Right so it is a whole node that is unreachable most likely not just your VPS, how much did you pay for it and how long did you get?
Solus is broke.
Yep
Right, so all they need to do is a manual migration to another node to get you online.
They probably don't know how and are waiting for solusvm to fix it for them.
The thing is, the SolusVM Master only being down should have zero impact on your VPS, it just means you don't have all the nice buttons to press and whmcs wont display anything, so why did your VPS go down to begin with?
I could shut down my SolusVM Masters right now, everyone's VPS's would stay online, unless of course they are running master+slave on the same physical server and the physical server has an issue but then again if that was the case you would not see the error you see, lighty simply would not load.
so, Why did your server go down to begin with?, have they given you any indication what the problem is?
Also 1 more important question, you say it has been down 2 months, how long had it been down before you opened a ticket?
The first day. so two months

Sorry but you're an idiot for paying so far in advance
