  I think @BlueVM has some nodes in Zurich, but I'm not sure how stable they are (judging by the rage thread the other day), or if they have any deals atm.

  I was the one who posted the negative review of BlueVM. I would not call it a "rage thread" but I can see how you might interpret it that way. I simply stated that I do not recommend BlueVM and why. See for yourself:

  got an EDIS box in Switzerland at the moment (also had boxes in UK and SE for years). no complaints at all, I would recommend them to anyone.
