What can I do with my dedicated server?

This are the specs:
Xeon E3 1230 v2
24 GB RAM
1 TB HD
100 mbps

Edit: It has XenServer installed.

    Anything you want. - > pretty sure you didn't just buy a server to ask us what to do with it, though.

    Install proxmox on it and just use it to spin up new VMs to satisfy any future desires for impulse purchases.

    I got it 6 months ago and it was hosting a Minecraft server but I don't play anymore.
