Looking for cPanel reseller with good uptime. I would prefer if you already have a public uptime page like Pingdom so I can see for my self.
10GB Disc space is fine.
You must also restore 5 cPanel accounts free of charge. I can provide the full backups.
I remember a few months ago a host wanted $15 per backup restoration which was ridiculous.
DDOS protection would be a bonus, but not necessary.
