Your iptables settings are probably messed up. I don't remember exactly what is wrong, but I distinctly remember the problem being iptables related when helping a friend -- for some reason cloudflare enabled sites broke. Flushing iptables NAT and rebuilding the rules fixed it.
@kendid No, but haven't looked at it anymore. Was busy doing something else.
Will take a look this week again, as I will be setting up a new VPN server for myself.
