So, Astrill do have restriction on some countries.
I asked StrongVPN and looks like they receive the question a lot, they said Astrill has strange system and redirect clients to StrongVPN.
Astrill representative, however, said they do not redirect client to other websites. So, uninformed chat person, or hacked system/files, or something else.
There has been an error with code: Sorry, this offer is not available in your country.
That into move was painful to watch. I would assume Astrill's userbase does not know what TLS is...
