http://www.hetzner.de/en/ , online.net are a few that comes to mind.
I already know those tho, I forgot to say that, hehe :-D
But I'll double check their offers
https://robot.your-server.de/order/market for some decent deals!
Thanks!
@MrGeneral for what specs? Some can have cheaper higher end servers, some can have cheap low end servers... depends what you are looking for.
If there are some cheaper providers than OVH/online/hetzner, people must have talked about them for a long time.
So, you know...
A really cheap server, maybe I'll need to go for kimsufi (ovh)
http://seflow.net/ is another one highly talked about, not used them personally though.
Will check, thanks!
A Raspberry Pi could be a really cheap server, but it's more for enthusiasts, not suitable for serious work. That's why i asked what do you need.
@mrgeneral
I've made a thread about affordable dedicated servers in the EU in the past, you might find a few good deals in it

I'm here for some time and nobody didn't speak about french provider:
http://express.ikoula.com/serveur-dedie
They own DC and time to time you can get good promos.
webtropia.com is cheap too but avoid them, very bad review on wht and used it as well and support is horrible
http://www.server4you.com
cheap but not good.
I am very happy with a bunch of online.net servers.
Hetzer has/had DDOS issues, check it before.
Most "budget" providers will null route your server if it gets DDoSed. If you're talking about the DDoS that caused Hetzner problems network wide, then the vast majority of providers would have had issues with that as well.
... anyway, I used to have a couple dozen of those online.net castoff E3-1230's from oneprovider. But until the end of July, I don't see anyone beating Hetzner's prices. I7-4770, 32GB RAM, 2x3 TB HDD, 1gbit port & 200 mbps 'guaranteed'.... for $56/mo?
OVH isn't even in the same ballpark price wise
Hetzner now without setup fee
http://www.hetzner.de/hosting/produkte_rootserver/ex40
https://www.firstheberg.com another France provider.
No setup on Hetzner? They just became massively more appealing than OVH to me...
Just for July

At risk of being offtopic, can you bring your own Windows licence to Hetzner?
Hardly possible. You'd have to upload and install your own version of windows within 2hrs of Lara Session.

Hello folks,
Thank you for all youe suggestions! :-)
It should be possible to do within two hours.
Hetzner provide Windows images to boot off of their network which saves the time from having to upload it - they even state you can use your own license key installing Windows via a Lara session on their wiki (http://wiki.hetzner.de/index.php/LARA/en#Using_our_Mirror)
Yes, but to use one's own license key you need to upload the image yourself. The support told me it's because of licensing with ms.
OVH is very much in the same ballpark.
I see i7 and i5 CPUs in servers and I just wonder why people think it's a good idea.
As far as I was aware, they're aimed at gamers and desktop power users not for server computing.
Hi,
Do you know Firstheberg ?
We propose some low cost dedi.server. You can choose between i3, i5 and i7.
You can see our offers here : http://www.firstheberg.com/serveur-dedie
Between 12$ to 130$
French website for now.
Best regards,
Damien
