Ubuntu 14.04 on Xen and OpenVZ

Do a number of providers have Ubuntu 14.04 running on their Xen and OpenVZ systems?

I take it that KVM, VMWare and Xen HVM will be fine.

With OpenVZ in particular and Xen what kernels do providers have running?

BuyVM have it available for OpenVZ VMs on their panel. I know that doesn't answer your question, hopefully it contributes a little.

  • We use it since its inception without any issues. OpenVZ has only one kernel which is modified version of latest RHEL 6 kernel.
