Normally I'd tell to 'GTFO & raise a ticket with the provider', but BlueVM support is usually so slow I don't actually blame you for asking.
I fear you will have to raise a ticket however, as your email addy is also your account name on feathur, so I suspect requires some backstage changes.
Open a ticket, they have to change it for you. Already did this.
