Thank you for your recommendation Mark, but I believe the OP is talking about gateways for the billing system they use sadly haha.
If you're banned from 2CO and PayPal there's no way you can accept PayPal because I believe they are the only two connected. You can use Stripe which is good for card payments, or BitPay for Bitcoin payments.

You can use ClientEXEC or Blesta. Both are good WHMCS Alternative.
If you have trouble with Paypal then go for Payza and Perfect Money
