Previous, with some other provider, I just switch to TAP mode and manually configure IPv6 address on my NIC. However, it doesn't work with Ramnode. Not sure if they filter MAC.
Any tutorials on how to Tun Ramnode /128?

I think running an openvpn server and only adding a route for ipv6 would be your best bet.
