    Not exactly. But work similar. Supposedly router should advertise itself

  • I believe part of the IPv6 specification is that of "auto configure".

    So any host offering IPv6 should conform to that standard.

    No, most of them I used does not have that

    I guess hosts are still struggling with IPv6, but auto configuration is indeed part of the specification.

    I know it is in the IETF.
