I'm a customer. This is on MCH.
They have to set it up
Tell them to update your VM's media group or add some ISO's to their system for you.
Try the Reinstall icon maybe some templates on there..

Complain to your host, they should have some reinstall templates and ISO's to mount. I find it best to install your own OS from cdrom netinstall, no unknown provider SSH keys!
I already filed a ticket.
I also PMd him here but he's not replying although he's online according to last activity.
That's why I posted here thinking maybe it's part of the "unmanaged" service and there's something that I needed to do to make this work.
