I can think of at least one easy way:

GD or imagemagick [ easy with GD2 + PHP ] to generate each frame, then ffmpeg to convert the frames into a video.

it's to test the quality before and after uploading.

  • lol, that many videos and all random

@GoodHosting so create the images with php, put them random named into folder, build them together and upload them over api.

That's the easiest way I can see doing it honestly. The upload needn't even be API if you don't want to bother with the documentation, you can cURL POST to YouTube's upload form still.

  • or you can even email the files to the email Youtube gives you

    Those are all steganographic messages.

From who, to who, and what they say is left as an exercise for the reader.

  • Even less hassle if you don't really care about the content of the video might be some visualisor/fractals library. It'd give more interesting results, too.

Brainstorm in after effects with some textures or something?

The sound does (kind-of) confirm that. Of course, it's a number station!

BTW, seriously, it's just google's upload tests ;)

I didn't realize you were part of the conspiracy. I've noted this in your dossier.
