I haven't had any problems with YesUpHost yet, they even managed to get me a free SSD upgrade when I prepay for 3 months.

Sorry for derail, but I don't think they're bad at all.
I have to agree with @Insidiea. From my personal experiences with the company and running tests with the IP/file they provided recently, I was able to get much better speeds after the network upgrade than before. I'm glad their network has improved and I look forward to continuing work with them once again in the near future.
Yes, they recently fixed their packetloss issues.
