WHM's sites used 40gb, your whole VPS used 180gb at a guess.
WHM counts http traffic, and has a guess at FTP, mail and some other stuff, however it does not count for WHM/cPanel/OS updates.
SolusVM should be more accurate, although it will only show bandwidth for the whole server.
