Tactical VPS Down?

Hey all,
I have a VPS at https://billing.tacticalvps.net/. And has been working without issue for several months. However earlier this week I went to access my VM and was unable to do so. It's been at least 48 hours at this point, and I've reached out to @Ian_ with no response.
Is anyone else experiencing issues with their VPS on here?

I would consider it gone forever. My VPS with them has been offline for nearly 2 weeks. Hopefully you have backups if it had important data.

Thanks for the responses guys. It was a util/sandbox I'd mess with when I have time. So luckily nothing too crazy that I can't get back and running with in a night.
