Should enable Cache Writeback on VM? My Server use HardRAID LSI SAS 9211-4i

Yes. Now stop worrying about the bloody numbers! As soon as you start loading a few more VM's on there that number will drop quite a lot.

  • With SYS servers OVH is using inferior quality hard drives with legacy RAID controllers.

I have KVM + SolusVM setup on some SP64-2014 with LSI 9271-4i & a few mSP-2013(now being sold as SYS-E32-3).On SP64 the VMs have disk I/O between 300-380 Mb/s whereas on the mSP they have 100-180 Mb/s
