Yeah they definitely didn't include 1TB/hour before
Was it 1Gb/Hour? I know for sure it is per hour
Even if you had full use of the 1Gbit port don't think you can do 1TB/hr
Roughly 1.5gb/hour or 1tb/mo (they are roughly equivalent)

it's 1tb per month even before
Keep in mind this is the average over a month and it is only for outgoing, incoming is free.
