Microsoft Exchange and probably something custom?

I mean not Exchange Email Hosting. When I using Rackspace I thought it something custom developed by Rackspace, but now I see the same webmail client at Thexyz email hosting. So I think it is not so custom :)

UPD: Hmmm.. May be Thexyz is the RS reseller with custom design?

    Isn't it emailsrvr.com

That is a rackspace domain. Resellers can create custom ones.

No. Their Exchange hosting is just that. AFAIK their standard email service is custom, so I'm guessing that thexyz is a reseller.
