It is Dual CPU Xeon 5600 Series and Raid 10.
That's good. Could I use full 30GB HDD of this plan? Do you provide custom plan with more HDD like 45GB etc. I think these plans are great for serving static files.

You can use full. Currently we do not have any custom plan, if you required bigger space, you can go with higher plan.
