We have a high CPU:RAM ratio and we allow game servers inc minecraft.
This allows us to allow more types of content.

2 to 3 players and more if you optimise.
Pretty much Evey provider says they can remove accounts for no reason.
Yes they put that so they can legally terminate accounts for any reason, however it's generally written in a "nice" manner. Your short and sweet version just makes it sound douchey.
