Thanks to everyone who has tried it out. I've just rolled out a quick update with a bug fix and and update to the instructions to include the permissions settings.

What's your price to install it? I fixed the permission issues, got another errors...

@jhadley - it would be nice if you can extend the documentation with some quick tutorials how to add custom payment gateway module etc.
