  Shouldn't be ... these processes don't go away even when I'm not logged into the VPS panel (ie., no real-time usage graphs getting rendered).

  Besides, there has to be a easier way to get real-time usage data for an OpenVZ container - one that doesn't involve spawning processes on each container.
