BlueVM: New Design & Forum ~ Feedback
Hello,
Our official redesign of BlueVM is completed. We've added a forum for our clients to ask questions related to setting up and maintaining their VPS as well as a forum for outage announcements.
URL: http://bluevm.com/
Forum URL: http://bluevm.com/forums/
What do you think?

Looks fantastic Nice job, hope it makes your business grow much faster than in the past I love innovation, and that's just beautiful.
Why does BLUEVM3 and 4 have less memory than BVM2?
There isn't enough contrast on the homepage, way too much blue.
Also, capitalization should be consistent:
May want to edit that
Its good, a bit too blue... but then again you are bluevm
Ha ha, thanks...
My conformation email for your forum hasn't seem to come to my phone, I will check my junk folder tommrow where's its mostly lerking.
Homepage is so blue :-) (Reminds me of "Eiffel 65 - blue")
One recommendation would be to have the control panel logins only on whmcs, as with all the ddos' lately, your just giving them a target.
We could, but we already get 10 - 20 tickets a week asking for the url. Anyone who wants to DDOS our systems isn't going to have to look far either way.
It does seem to blue for my liking on my iPhone but this seems much more mobile friendly lookIng at your plans. https://www.bluevm.com/vps.php
Rather then the main home page.
MyBB FTW!
It's a nice design, but there's a few things that I would fix.
I'm not a fan of the goofy animation on the tabs.
I also don't like the hover effect on the plans - when you hover over something, it should get brighter, not almost dark enough to be unreadable.
When the login fields are active, there's a weird outline that shows up, covering part of the field, and it looks quite ugly.
The password field should empty itself when you click it, like the email field does. Instead, when you click it, you have to manually delete the placeholder text.
The "Go" button lacks any visual indication that it's a button when you hover over it.
The "Register" and "Forgot Password" links are broken. Also, what am I registering for by clicking "Register"?
Fixed #4 and #6... I'll see about the rest.
It's sooooo
BLUE!
@FRCorey -
Blue is good :-)
SSL error on my browsers. You should link your logo image to https instead http, may fix the issue
You should link your assets like this:
So it'll go to http/s depending on how the client is connecting.
Didn't catch that, fixed. Thank you.
Aye, you're loading Bootstrap.css twice, which may be part of it. You could also do with removing most the CSS rules in there, since you're not using them :P
Run your images through smushit.com to optingmise them for the web, it works wonders
Other than that, I like it.
The serif font looks a bit out of place with the rest of the design.
The new site is way better then the old design. I like it. I'd be interested in hearing a review about the services. I'm interesting in purchasing a VPN package.
VPN package +1
Funny story: We've had VPN packages for 3 months, we sold 10 of them in that time. We open up our design more and get lots of interest. We should have stock tomorrow.
If no stock soon I will be forced to make a meme.
front page says starting from $0.99/month, and it links to vps.php. which plan is that? your lowest is 15/year
We do bulk specials XD - That being said it was done up by my partner who felt that if we occasionally offer a special at that price then our plans do start at $0.99 (of course I could smack some reason into him....)

FYI we do have VPN stock. Setup is not instant however.
+1 for that..

Yes it has, we got new servers in Illinois so we put the new stock there.

Seems good, cant wait to try it out.
How many is needed to be bulk? 5, 10?
Bulk VPS usually constitute a minimum of 5, obviously the more you order the lower our prices go...
