    What are you talking about? NOTHING has been down the past 15 days.

    I fixed it for you and you kept having me reset your root password. I reset your root password for you 4 times and tested it each time to make sure it worked. Then you came back and said 'root password does not work' - so we finally just refunded you since you asked for a refund in every response.
