We're all assuming they know and that they'll fix it but they could be sitting there thinking everything is fine whilst also wondering why sales have been non-existent for today.

Back up now...yay they can finally take my money!
We are hosting the website on a VPS with another provider and it seems the VPS got crashed 2 times and rebooted. That's why mysql was down.
We are currently waiting for a new server to be coloed on a DC (shipping company is delivering it today) to move our customer facing websites to reduce these kinds of issues.
..are words you'll never hear in a GVH downtime thread.
