$30 to modify one CSS file is reasonable
it is, per hour.
If there isn't too much to edit, $30 may just fit your budget if you're not to fuss. It may be best to link your site here to see how much needs to be done.
Making a page responsive + mobile for 30$? There is no way that is done in less then a day, and i don't think 30$/day is even fair.
Someone that has experience in coding glype themes would be perfect .Price is negociable
The theme is already using bootstrap so its most probably already responsive.Just make it look good on mobile lol:P
