I'm in search of a VPS with the following specs:
Location : USA
HDD: 10GB
Bandwidth : 300GB
RAM : 128MB
Budget: 10$/year

I would personally not recommend BlueVM for VPN, I've a couple of boxes with them are there are network issues often enough that I've given up with them with VPN purposes.
Any other providers? BluVM is in my budget but the network issues stops me going with it.

I used BlueVM until very recently for VPN (from UK) and it was absolutely fine for HDTV streaming. I've only dropped it due to the IP suddenly becoming blacklisted by Hulu for being an anonymous proxy - even though it has only ever been used by me.
I have migrated my main server away from BlueVM today, because of the so often network problems.
