How to send mail over IPv6
Hi,
I have noob question related IPv6 and sending mail.
I have 2 VPS, 1 with Ramnode and one with Linode
VPS with Ramnode
I configure Nginx webserver listen on IPv6 only (Ramnode give me 16 IPv6)
Webserver running fine
When i send mail (use php mail function), mail header dislay ipv6I configure Nginx webserver listen on IPv6 only (Linode gives me this IP 2400:8900::f03c:91ff:fe6e:f934/64)
Webserver running fine on 2400:8900::f03c:91ff:fe6e:f934
When i send mail (use php mail function), mail header dislay IPv4
So my question is, how to configure network interface to dislay IPv6 in header when sending mail with Linode VPS?

The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
The primary network interface
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp

Are you sure the mail server you are sending to supports IPv6?
Is your OS using IPv6 by default? Check /etc/gai.conf
Try this check for ipv6

All should be green
Both ramnode and linode support native IPv6. And both of them gives free IPv6 to client.
But they have different configuration so that i have to find out
