Why the read of I/O reaches 6MB/S but the upload speed is only 2MB/S?

The solusvm shows that read of I/O reaches 6MB/S ,but the upload speed is only 2MB/S,why?
I have disabled the virtual memory.

    Disk activity logs?

  • What are you transferring and how? Compression?

    The only thing it does is that read files and upload to visitors.

    Incompressible files,only upload.The write of IO only 0.1M/S.
