  Try ThrustVPS but they are a little higher on pricing.

  If Winity/Dot didn't accept you they may also not due to also using MaxMind;
  did you raise a ticket saying maxmind error?

  yes after I get maxmind error I open ticket and they said 'sorry we cannot accept from your state '

  @Infinity yes I don't know because usually indonesian IP is high risk and make me hard for order online -____-

  Are you using Indonesian Ip when ordering? Or still using vpn?
