The first post said that he was suffering slow response times even with ssh.
The way he is running his server could well be a factor but I felt like it was worth pointing out that I also have an online.net service and at times even SSH is impossible.
note to self, do not feed the trolls...
i would do a backup and ask them to move u to a new box

One reason, is it's used as seedbox.
when I couldn't re-install the server last month they replaced it for me.
I think if this problem happened again you can ask for replace,
I have now the smallest server and it work very well

Did you reinstall the transmission seedbox also? Curious if that was the problem
