Vestacp roundcube install does not come with the filters feature. Is there a way to add it?

When you say filters, I am assuming that you want to add blacklist filters such as SpamCop and SpamHaus.
Yes, its possible to add them through direct configuration (SSH).

Filters do not come default in Roundcube (I'm assuming you want to do filtering different email into specific folders)
Just do a quick google on "Roundcube Filter plugin" and then follow the instructions
