GRE tunnel forwarding all ports and over IPv6

So, here is the scenario. VM A has an spare IPv4 address and IPv6 address. VM b only have IPv6 connection.
So, is there an tutorial to create a GRE Tunnel between A & B over IPv6 and tunnel all ports of spare IP address on A to B?
