Suggestion #1: offer annual billing.
Suggestion #2: offer a 64-bit version of either CentOS5 or CentOS6

It is simple to reinstall the OS within SolusVM. Once you get the VPS and login, you could click a button and have the new OS installed within 5 minutes.
