If you have a cheap vps sitting around I think the glype proxy software has a YouTube plugin. Here is a list of public proxys http://list.glype.com/ not sure if they would have youtube enabled on a lot of them as it can take a lot if bandwidth.
Also doesn't your browser have a forward and back button?
Also a good thing about a self hosted on is you know you won't be limited by the person hosting a public proxy.
Sorry this is getting long, but have you considered a VPN?
I don't wanna use hostspot sheild like crap. It opens up ads.
You remind me with @mazker
Just go to a proxy list site like http://www.proxy4free.com/list/webproxy1.html
Most of those sites will work for youtube although I don't know about the forward/reverse thing. I never use that.
Youtubeunblock.com
This is the free solution: use IPv6 with SixXS vor other brokers. Any Google service prefers IPv6 if available.
you can use bypass.travelpakistan.org
why not use vpn? you still can playback
I never use web proxy to watch YT before.
That is a glype proxy like I posted.
Dont trust any proxies? select any free add ons for chrome and firefox like, Zenmate or Hola
www.zalmos.com works great.
Chrome extension Hola is good, it depends why it's blocked? Is it he domain blocked completely or?
Blocked sites like YouTube can also be accessed using a standard proxy i.e.
http://proxysitelist.net/.Where you just have to enter URL to browse with your hidden information
