I think the only thing you need is the API call function and combo it in a ping monitor script or one that looks for emails from uptimerobot saying your services are down.

@tchen apparently it's some software that monitors your windows VPS and when it crashes - restarts it. A guy here hyped it a lot (they use it for their windows VPSes) and people trolled him a lot in return.

What I have is a cli interface to a multiple containers controlled by solusVM, so you can do some action on one node or pull stats on all your nodes.
As mentioned before, you don't really run the script, you just strip out the APICall function. I've pulled out the part you need, just edit this to your needs and throw it in your script.
