Should be quite a few that do. We use Stripe for our CC processing.
I don't think I've come across any that don't accept credit card payments. Then again, I've only had servers with 5 or 6 LE companies.

You probably know this (but just in case):
Even if a provider uses PayPal as their payment processor, no PayPal account is required or needed. You can simply choose "Pay with a Credit Card" on the first PayPal screen you arrive at and checkout directly with your credit card details.
Is there a reason PayPal would reject your credit card?
In my experience you still need to enter a country & your email address, and there are countries where paypal is not available yet
