I didnt even install os becsuse I cant select my missing drive and dont wanna install without it
Thx
Send them a ticket?
Did that 2 hours ago -)
You may also want to know that you probably won't see the second drive as the servers are setup with raid.
Are you sure they're set up RAID 0 and not RAID1? And is it Hardware RAID or Software RAID?
AFAIK the default is RAID 1 and you need to ask them set it to RAID 0
Yes as said its been set to raid0
Edit: so it is actually 4tb but doesnt show?
@infected
Check BIOS through IPMI... But do not modify the settings!
They will reply within 24 hours. That's normal.
hmm okay lets wait.

The problem is you were using windows earlier on this server and they setup raid as per windows os, because windows does not detect more then 2 tb.
You need to tell them that you want to use centos and configure the raid that ways.
Waiit..windows doesnt support more than 4tb? windows 2012 also not?=
You need GPT partition for windows to work for more then 2tb. And for GPT u need to enable and UEFI must be enabled from bios. Anyways, GPT partition wont appear . So just tell the support team they will take care of it
well I told them what you wrote cfgguy, lets see and wait, thanks so far
i got them do the same thing day before yesterday
