Web based File Manager For Centos

I have Bought A dedibox From Online.net Today and
Will Install Rtorrent On it for torrent leeching
But i am In search Of any web based file manager which can zip files in that and also allow my friends to download file but with username password protection
Or anyway my files should directly move to another location from default rtorrent directory
Im not that good in php but have experimented many things in past two months on a VPS

I have never used any so need suggestion and link on how to install will be better
Or owncloud would be nice too, it even has client to sync files locally without you having to log in.
