Anyone else having connectivity issues to Incero Dallas DC?
I have a couple of servers in the Incero Dallas DC with different providers and both servers are inaccessible from various points around the globe. It's been like it for the past 8 hours and so far support tickets have not been able to solve the issue.
Incero have hinted that it could be an issue with Cogent yet my traceroutes seem to show issues over multiple carriers. Anyone else having problems?

I wouldn't be suprised if it was cogent's fault.
