Anyone else get these copy/pasted responses?
These are support ticket responses from 4 "different" users of ours, after we've suspended them for AUP/TOS violations, received over the course of a few weeks:
All 4 "different" users have been suspended for getting us listed on SBL for various things. All 4 "different" users have different address, pay with verified Paypal info, and are on different residential ISP IP addresses that make sense for the geographic area. In other words, it's difficult for me to block/reject/refund new orders.
Anyone else get these?

Spammers are never honest
It's a spamming virus that also sends a support ticket if the VPS gets blocked. Those viruses get better every day

We have something exactly the same submitted to us all the time, we went through a few with the exact same replies back in October, it seems they systematically work there way through providers.

This obviously must be a virus. Let me check out your VPS. I'll just need the admin login details for the host node. I can fix it myself. There must be a mistake here.
@damian what service do you use to watch your ip's for SBL listings?
@FRCorey: Spamhaus sends us automated emails regarding it. I try to get them resolved within the same day.
@Damian consider checking fraudrecord.com. Help to save other providers from these spammers.
On some forums, mischevious links lead you to goatse or lemonparty.

@bijan588 i don't receive these anymore. Added this to robots.txt:
Disallow: /members/submitticket.php
Now google doesn't list the submitticket.php and the idiots who try to do the php eval thing can't find the url (they use google to search for it).
(this is if you were talking about the whmcs php eval thing)
IMHO disallowing the full WHMCS thing is the way to go... but just saying.
