Quit eleven2 cloud server
Used 6 months and finally quit.
My comment to them is:
Your Cloud server is expensive but not good in support. It seem you still have upstream provider, this make your support become 2nd level with much delay and unknowns.
I expect this pricing level service will able to provide below level of services but it was not. So I finally switch to cheaper VPS provider.
- Announcement for reason/status of down time, and Schedule maintenance
- direct manage and full direct and professional support of software and servers
- max down time within 4 hours each time

I've never used Eleven2's VPSs, but their Shared and Reseller hosting are steller, and Support is one of the best in the industry,
If you want Shared/Reseller, they are one of the best providers.
That's possible. So I guess they are not technically professional in Cloud server, or that is some kind of resell which they don't own their infrastructure.
