I'm looking for a few small KVM VPS (one per location) in:

• Poland (Warsaw preferred, any city in PL is fine)
• Bulgaria (Sofia)
• France (Paris preferred, other cities are OK)

Requirements (per server):

• 1 vCore
• 1-2 GB RAM
• 10-15 GB NVMe (more is fine if the price doesn't go up)
• 10 Gbps port preferred (shared is fine)
• Unmetered traffic, or at least 2-3 TB/month
• 1 dedicated IPv4 (IPv6 is a bonus)
• KVM, full root access
• No UDP/TCP filtering (UDP must not be blocked)
• Monthly billing preferred, no long commitments
• Budget: up to about [EUR 4] per month per server
• Payment: card / PayPal / crypto (USDT) are all fine

Use case: a personal lightweight proxy/VPN node (Xray / WireGuard). Please tell me if
your AUP does not allow this, so we don't waste each other's time.

Please include in your offer:

1. Location (city / datacenter) and your ASN
2. Test IP and Looking Glass
3. Port speed (shared or dedicated) and the real traffic limit / FUP
4. Price (monthly and yearly)
5. Refund policy, trial period or free IP replacement
6. Any restrictions (port 25 / rDNS blocked is fine for me)
